The criticism is rather tepid, as Reince was. As CoS, he would have been in many high-level meetings. He was a contemporary of Spicer, who is mentioned in an excerpt. All of the excerpts I’ve seen are old incidents, which leads me to believe Anonymous no longer works in the WH.

Reince also has the burden of knowing he as head of the RNC could have stopped Trump over emoluments or general unfitness, but didn’t; I speculate that is his motivation for writing the book: guilty conscience.
