Chuck Rosenberg is infuriated by Pompeo, though he's so laid back that it's a bit hard to tell. He's one of those people who can yell without raising his voice.

He had to flat out tell you that he was pissed if you didn't figure it out by the content of his words. Never raised his voice.

Nicolle is sharp, and you never know when she's going to lay down her wit... So, I try to pay attention.

did she just insult a lizard, which has a purpose in life as compared to Pompeo, who has no purpose in life?

Chris Matthews... Nicole Wallace... Chuck Rosenberg... they weren't mincing words, calling out Mikie's cowardice and sick sycophancy. It was amazing to hear.

They go right to the action and be quiet while the hearing is going on, then have the usual panel to discuss. That's the part I often mute and skip, but I listened to a bit yesterday and to most of it today. It's good commentary rather than blathering to hear themselves talk, or worse, people talking over one another.

None of them minced words about Pompeo. I think they slammed him during every break, especially Chuck Rosenberg.

Chris Matthews was genuinely angry today. I have heard him get up a head of steam for the entertainment value often, but today was not like that. He all but called Trump a traitor. Condensed version: "How did the president jump to the other side of the wall and start attacking Americans?" It was something to behold.
