If anyone still doubts southern suburbs are getting bluer, Gov. John Bel Edwards (D) just carried a set of NOLA suburbs where Obama got *26%* of the vote in 2008.

the districts or states that they are running in. There is no comparison between candidate Obama and candidate Edwards, Edwards was far more appealing to his voter base. This points out why we can't expect to force an AOC like candidate into places like Lousiana and expect good outcomes.

One advantage that we have in that regard is that we will be facing a shit tossing baboon at the top of their ticket. If we don't nominate a wild-eyed pistol-waver, we will be fine, that gives us several options.
