You see it with the GOP regularly, projecting their dysfunction onto Democrats. "Democrats are not following the rule of law" as multiple GOP politicians and operatives go to prison for breaking the law.

Here we have it on a National level in foreign policy. I am not defending Iran here either. They are definitely not a good faith actor on the international scale and they treat their people like crap. However, the idea of "the ruling class abandons its people and embarks on a crusade for personal power and riches", I almost spit out my drink! That is exactly with the GOP and the wealthy have done and continue to do in the United States. Trump and the GOP are the epitome of this. The US is the wealthiest, most powerful country on earth and the GOP let people, including women, children, and veterans starve in the streets so that they can maintain their own power and wealth.
