Fiona Hill very carefully refuses to say whether there are other Trump calls she has heard that are similar to the July 25th call with Zelensky, citing executive privilege and classified matters.

(8,915 posts)In her opening statement she stated that she's worked under Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama and now Pendejo45.
What if she's covering for Obama? I don't believe she is, but it is a possibility.
GW McIdiot is more likely, but Pendejo45 is hands down the highest probability.
I haven't heard her statement. Did she somehow imply it might be IQ45's administration?

(10,039 posts)She's smart enough to cite that privilege without a telling bias. Take her at her word.

(5,995 posts)It was too quick/convenient that the Intel lawyers moved the info to the secure server.
Pretty obvious that the 25 July call was another one to be locked away to protect the Dotard.
That server will be golden in the Senate trial to support not only these charges, but others if the info is released to the Intel Committees.

(15,617 posts)She testified she had been a part of numerous presidential calls to foreign leaders.
She was then asked to compare her experience on those other calls to the readout of Trump's July 25 call w/Zelensky. That's when she asserted privilege, which her lawyer clarified to mean that the question had implications regarding classified material relating to those OTHER presidential calls, not other calls with Trump.
MSNBC got it wrong too. Nothing nefarious or clue dropping involved.

Really?

(14,752 posts)First, privelage doesn't extend to the commission of crimes, and
Second, she also testified in closed door hearings in a scif - and there was no immunity for classified information there. So this was likely probed behind closed doors, which is why she was sensitive to the question in open hearings.
