Ari just made a good point

Mulvaney came clean in that presser for himself because he knew the receipts were there and would come out.

He didn't give a damn who went under the bus but has has no plan of going to prison for the Con.

Expect a resignation - I've been expecting his resignation for a few weeks.

Ari is right about Mulvaney's hi-profile corroboration of the quid-pro-quo. He sort off inoculated himself by saying "it was this administrations public policy to play by new rules". This administration being Donald Trump.
