From what I read the subpoenas were "issued to people with ties to President Trump’s personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani" including Parnas & Fruman, plus apparently at least 2 other people. All I've seen reported is that the list of potential charges is being considered for *them* & not necessarily for Giuliani.

IMHO Seth does things like this too often. A report says a bunch of charges are being considered for a group of people associated with Giuliani, & Seth turns that into CHARGES BEING CONSIDERED FOR RUDY GIULIANI.

I feel like I have to double-check his statements like this because he's frequently not accurate.
