On a radio podcast last week — on the same day Gordon Sondland confirmedTrump’s quid pro quo with Ukraine — Graham said those who oppose Trump are “almost a demonic power.” After the host corrected him by saying those who oppose Trump actually are a demonic power, Graham concurred that “it’s a spiritual battle.”

The two went on to agree that it’s a “fact, not our opinion” that “literally three years ago our economy was dead in the water” but is now “just screaming forward.” In actual fact, the economy grew at 1.9 percent in the third quarter of 2019 vs. 2.2 percent three years ago.

But if politics is a spiritual battle between God and demons from hell, who cares what statistics from the Commerce Department say — or what any of the impeachment witnesses say?

Elevate the violence of the pits of hell to reduce the impact of an immoral corrupt Presidency the impeachment lays bare. Make Trump teams bribery smaller in comparison in believers minds.

4. Old Glory is permanently stained while ANY GOP member holds the title of POTUS...

I took my flag down rather than flying it upside down and drawing further vandalism to my home and risk harassment of my children at school. Our flag only means something when it represents a FUNCTIONAL and PROTECTED CONSTITUTION, which died in 2016 and is being served as dinner in 2019.

I will not fly the flag, nor stand for it, nor acknowledge it in any way other than to turn away from it as long as Trump is pardoning war criminals and threatening allies at the behest of enemies and for personal gains. This is NOT the UNITED STATES any longer, and after the GOP stands with him and acquits him, the very notion of a "fair election" in 2020 should be forced from everyone's mind.

Trump will NOT leave office regardless of the vote totals next November. He will refuse to allow the certification of results in ANY state that is less than +10% for the Democratic candidate. MI, PA, WI? They already HAVE the playbook on how to manipulate those municipalities and steal the Electoral College...but this time? Expect the same in NC, VA, NH, NM, CO and NV.

It breaks my heart to see the Star-Spangled Banner these days.
