Senate trial: Can people be jailed for refusing to testify?

What will happen if they refuse to testify? If they are jailed how long can they be held? Until the trial is over? Longer?

If there are no consequences for not testifying, why would they?

As long as the Trump administration thinks the Senate won't convict and remove Trump, they'll all just thumb their noses at the House of Representatives. Count on it.
