Given how much he uses spray tan to get that perfect shade of vomit orange. How would you know he's darkening considerably?

However, I think there is a way to gauge his true complexion. Under the eyes is his real skin tone, and it's a sickening pallor to behold, gray and lifeless.

Everything about this scumbag is repulsive. There isn't one thing about him that isn't hideous.

Look at his nail beds. Very pale. His circulation is poor and his heart is straining to adequately do its job.

I'm sure he's propped up with medications, but they can only do so much and have side effects that aren't good.

CHF effects are unusually rosy cheeks. A la Dick Cheney.

The makeup is a manifestation of mental heath issues. It's really kind of interesting from that perspective. Perhaps the darker the face, the closer he is to a breakdown of some kind.

His use of makeup is very strange. It's so obvious that even he must know that. So, what's that makeup covering up? The other symptom I see in him is shortness of breath. His unsteady gait is problem caused by his weight and general inactivity, along with his age. He also has a distinct hunched posture, with his head inclined forward. I just don't think he is well.

Of course, the results of his physical might not be accurate. You think?

I seriously would like to know more about the mind's self-deception that allows grotesque facial transformation that is visible to everyone as grotesque -- in a public persona who sells himself as virile and attractive.

The hunched posture is something called "kyphosis" and Melania has that same spinal condition. The head thrusts forward; the shoulders are stooped. It's usually the affliction of older women, making it impossible to stand upright and requiring a walker at best. In his case, it's kyphosis on a morbidly obese body.

The SoB can also be a symptom of CHF, yeah. The slurring, though, isn't.

He's a hot mess.

He can't walk any distance at all. When he travels, he uses a four-wheel vehicle to get around. Remember that first Nato trip. Everyone walked, and there was trump, Riding in his cart. At his golf courses, they drive his golf cart onto the greens for him to putt. That's not allowed anywhere as far as I know. I suppose they drive him right up to where his ball is on fairways, too.

I don't know if that is his back bothering him, his hips or knees, or his heart and breathing, but he does not walk far, ever. He does get up the stairs to AF 1, somehow, though.

As for his cognition, that's an issue, too, I"m sure. He can read from a teleprompter, but woodenly. If he has to speak without cues, his language is very simple and repetitive most of the time.

He has many problems, I suspect, but he is a 72 year old obese man, so...

I don't know. His doctor does, but they don't release any information about his health issues.

I'm 74 years old. I work very hard to maintain a solid upright posture and a normal gait and pace. My hips often hurt, and my knees aren't great, but it's so important to walk tall and stand straight. Once you let yourself slip into a hunched slouch, it's almost impossible to regain a more normal posture.

As my wife often says to me, "You walk like a much younger person than you are." That's the goal - to keep doing that.

Getting old's not a lot of fun, actually, but it beats the heck out of the alternative.

Is definitely from wearing lifts in his shoes. Between those and his enormous gluttonous gut, the dirtbag's posture pitches forward to the point that he looks like an ape trying to walk upright.

No offense to apes, who are beautiful and gentle beings.

There are four obvious factors: age, weight, diet, and exercise, which come into especially sharp focus when a person is under stress. He's in his 70s, overweight, has an unhealthy diet, and has not appeared to have exercised much in adulthood. Playing golf can be good -- if one is walking, rather than riding a cart.

For much of his presidency, he is unique in modern history, because he hasn't served in the position like all others have. We know the real job is stressful, from merely looking at the "before & after" pictures of those who took the job's duties seriously. However, when we consider the times he has been stressed before the election -- specifically, the debates with Ms. Clinton -- his breathing was obviously pressured.

Healthy people tend to have positive ways to deal with stress. Spoiled brats do not. Spoiled brats who are in their 70s are at increased health risks as a result.

The rather pathetic amount of make-up the guy is wearing here is also interesting. We've heard past employees speak about what us older folks remember being referred to as "ring around the collar" in commercials past. One hates to think of his pillow cases. While different people's body-types result in different rates of perspiration, his face has been more sweaty in the past 3 months.

Doesn't reflect the stress of the job, but the effects of aging normal to people of the age groups most Presidents are.

This is because people show far more signs of aging between 45 and 65 than between 25 and 45.

Consider someone who's the same age as Obama:

Obama 2008 vs 2016:

George Clooney 2008:

George Clooney 2016:

While acting and being a celebrity is not an easy career path, I don't think anyone would say that George Clooney had a more stressful job than Obama during those years; however, they both show similar rates of aging for their peer group. Take photos of other people of similar ages, and you'll see similar age progressions.

The only ones who show greater than average aging effects compared to their peers are those who work outdoors, because the sun is brutal on skin cells. After that, it's either normal processes or genetics that determines your rate of aging. Stress is much farther down the list than any of those things.

I'm surrounded by diabetics here in South Texas and have a family full of diabetics, myself included, and none of us have the "sweating, bloating and inflamed look."

A high number of heart patients/hypertensives have that look.

Some hyperthyroid patients, too.

And a whole lot of uppers addicts definitely have that look.

But diabetics, not so much. If we're sweating or flushed, it's because we've been RUNNING to get to the nearest bathroom. Fricking metformin...

There's likely a psych term for people who make themselves up into grotesque visage and think it's good.
