Our world is on fire, sea levels are rising, we're on an unsustainable, disastrous path due to the policies of rich (mostly) white men, and yet they think they should continue to be in charge.
I honestly don't think they even fathom how drastically different our world will look when the temperatures in Australia become common in other regions around the globe, like the American southwest. (And no one ever talks about when the grid goes down because everyone has cranked up their air conditioning.) I don't think Andrew Romanoff's ad is too far off base—temps in the upper 120's in Colorado Springs. Will it help him or hurt him? Who knows?

The Republican Party is the most dangerous organization on the planet. They have the power and the influence to completely change the narrative and lack of action on the climate crisis and they do nothing. Worse. They deny and obstruct and line their pockets. This should be THE message of the democratic party: If you want a planet that supports your life, don't vote republican.
