Americans are sick of the corruption from the gop. The lies that led to the situation in Iraq to begin with. Trump is impeached and desperate. The fact is he will get Americans killed while thinking it's to his benefit. That's how desperate and Americans already know he's un-American.

Because he wanted a distraction , a war, all manufactured, like he wanted others to do to use against Joe Biden, Hillary and others. This is pure propaganda he's promoting for doing this now right before an election. And he helps putin by the oil prices skyrocketing upward giving putin more profits, and the American people are stuck with higher energy costs, and soon the costs of another republicans manufactured war for profits because trump is also looking at ways he can profit from it too. This also will drive the deficit even higher than he already has done from giving the wealthy billions with their tax scam bill they passed. What that'll mean is cuts to all programs , all heath care plans cut, and higher taxes for us from it. He is making the country and the world a much more dangerous place every day he remains in office.

9. True regarding our traditional allies.

Domestically, the PNAC plan from the W years, called for regime change in Iran. Bolton was a PNAC supporter.

Internationally, rwo of Trump's buddies in the.ME favor US action in Iran to protect them, the Saudis and Netanyahu.

Given Trump's relationship with Putin, I don't think Trump would take an action in the ME that would jeopardize that relationship. Since Russia and Iran are allies, at least regarding Syria, I would guess that Putin was given some sort of explanation in advance. Putin has not denounced the Suleimani assassination. He has said that Trump's impeachment caused Trump to take that action.

Something is going on in addition to what Trump expects to gain from a hero image in an election year.
