Are American foreign policy shots being called by Putin, Erdowan?

Erdowan called trump just before he abandoned the Kurds. Putin called trump just before the killing of the general. With recent news that trump's loans are Russian-backed, are the shots in American foreign policy being called by international strongmen who have kompromat on trump?
trump has a hotel in Istanbul. Did that factor into Erdowan getting American troops out of northern Syria thereby giving Turkey free reign against the kurds.
I mean after 13,000 lies and counting are we supposed to suddenly believe trump's story?
