(3,922 posts)Happens every time and it's all based on historical data, which of course means absolutely nothing to anyone too stupid to still support - or has ever supported - this moron in our White House.
It does seem that the self-named "fiscally responsible" party has shifted away from the fiscal stuff these days - much too difficult for their base to understand anyway, and who cares in "this economy" they say. After all, racism is so much easier to share than responsibility. They'll keep saying that until a certain day, probably within the next 12 months, when on a dime they'll shift to "it's the libs fault" as the house falls down. Rinse, repeat.
Now what was that quote about insanity??

(34,661 posts)is real interesting. Understand the Washington regular line Assembly persons are to be dispatched to do regular Maintenance and any updates on these 737 M planes where ever they are stored. But,those same classified employees in Kansas will see the unemployment lines.
Once again, waiting for the hard layoff numbers for the Longshoreman. The Rails have already started Furloughs on Train Crews and Moth balling Locomotives. This will Impact Indiana in the up coming months with layoffs at the Locomotive Manufacturing Plants.
Another hard sign of a shirking economy is,the R/V industry, which btw is the largest employer in Indiana.
Ripple effect anybody.
