Years ago, a speechwriter to the Labor Aussie PM, Paul Keating, set up a website called 'Weasel Words'. It seems the domain has been purchased by a ferret breeding club, which is quite understandable, once the name came on the market.

Anyhow, the speechwriter, and I can't recall his name, dedicated his website to mocking the canned, pseudo-engaged and semi-interested words of those who, basically, couldn't give a flying fuck about the subject on which they were expounding.

Instead, they rattle of blindly a pre-cached set of catch-phrases, buzz-words, vague ideas and assertions that could apply to just about any situation under the sun and would still be tangentially involved with the subject at hand. Those are weasel words.

They are the only words Ivanka knows, the only thing at which she is expert.
