3. I know the guy with the biscuit/football is supposed to be with

him at all times. Trump doesn't follow rules and demands absolute loyalty. As closely as some of us follow Trump and his regime, we never ever here about that guy, the last I heard mention of him, guests at Mar A Lago were taking photos with him in February of 2017. So when Pompeo arrived at the WH last night carrying a large briefcase, I think my imagination shifted to a worst case scenario.
This morning this whole thing is beginning to smell like a true Wag the Dog, campaign.

4. He's going to use it as his "way out" of conflict.

He’ll have a press conference this morning where he’ll say that Iran launched missiles, they struck the base and no one was injured, let’s stop any potential future bloodshed and work with Iran to end this, etc. And that will be that.

That way, he got his distraction and he looks like he’s a great peace maker.

I’m actually less worried now than I was last night. When the attack happened last night, I was worried it was going to spiral out of control. But now that there were no casualties, the Trump administration will likely just look to end it and get out of any future problems.

7. Some media are also speculating about the use of nuclear force.

I read this article from Business Insider yesterday and shuddered.

We can only hope that there are saner heads in the military, and they learn to keep Rapture-loving Pompeo out of the decision-making loop.

8. What I fear

Putin and the prince are behind this , and has had trump working towards doing this to Iran all along in exchange for them to help trump rig the upcoming election for him, and yes trump I fear will try to find someone who'll use nuclear weapons for him. I do suspect putin with the prince has planned this knowing trump is compromised and desperate to not lose this upcoming election. And why trumps been meeting and talking to them so much lately. Also to get money from them to bribe republicans and fix their elections also, and to make sure they don't convict him by pouring huge sums of money that'll again be funneled into their campaigns and into some people's pockets.

He tried it with North Korea but that never worked out.
