I think he was in a panic breakdown last night & didn't recover - non/words, spaced out

I thought he would have recovered himself a bit taking the overnight off. I firmly believe that he didn’t make an appearance last night because he was in a full out screaming, gasping, hugging the gold toilet to vomit. Oh, the gold toilets are in his Tower, not in the White House. Plus, the commodes at his properties are reportedly filthy.

He was even more odd than usual, like a zombie, if that’s his impersonation of what “gravitas” looks like. And the mispronunciation of several words ("tolerRIDE"?! "accomplikaids?!" ), the strange cadence and monotone, with his sycophantic, leftover staff (all the “Actings” – no permanent department heads), the military dude behind him with SHOCKED eyes of petrified FEAR.

First, the network hosts were saying he was going to be “conciliatory.” HAH, fooled again! No responsibility. He blamed OBAMA, blamed Iran, blamed Europe, wants everybody else to pick up the slack. Took credit for no casualties and our own early warning, while the reporting is that Iran gave the early warning. For him to be “conciliatory” would be acknowledging Iran’s restraint, whether they restrained themselves for their self-interest in self-preservation or not. They gave him a way out of his mess.

And do we need to mention that OBAMA-KERRY’s treaty was working and Iran was abiding by it?! And that it was his spiteful, envious, petty trashing the treaty that led to today? And now he wants a NEW “deal.” Oh, there WAS a deal in place?! And he wants NATO and everybody to join him in working out a deal?!

The only sign of life was at the end where he beamed smiles to say thank-you thank-you. Like, who said anything to him that would be commensurate to appreciation warranting a “thank you”? He really thinks he did good.

************ON EDIT: Thanks to dewsgirl for posting the video, got 8 of the mispronounced/slurred words::

* "cree-gime" - regime?!1

* "terr-rist"

* "toler-rided"

* "accompli-ments"

* "de-tear-rant" - tear rhymes with "hair"

* "na-shuns"

* "sic-it" - seek it

Really? Never heard of him before, but he's responsibly for nearly all the deaths of the last Iraq War?

The lies are unchallenged by the media now.

against American troops. The question in that is would the Iraqi Shiite militias, fighting an asymmetrical fight against the US troops NOT have used some sort of device - especially as John Kerry noted in October 2004 - after it was reliably reported - that the US did not secure the ammo dumps. You have to assume that the Iraqis were not very intelligent to think that they could not have found ways to create these terrible devises. One claim I heard this week is that Iran gave them ways to make them more deadly.

The problem with this is - do you blame Iran for every death during the insurgency that could be attributed to the Shiites? Not to mention, most of the attacks were from Sunnis - and they ended because we paid off the Sunni warlords (when the surge was going on in 2006 - 2007).

That questions the estimate that they were behind nearly all deaths. On the other hand, Iran certainly did support the Shiite militias there and elsewhere in the MiddleEast.

Really? Never heard of this before but if he says it in a speech then it must be true.

The media wants war because it gets people to watch the news. It helps their careers, ratings, advertising, etc. They're not going to challenge his lies.

that letter wasn't ordered by Trump. Probably his reaction to their telling us to get out. He said okay, tell them we're leaving and see how that works out for them. Then someone got him to reverse that somehow.

Then it's announced that he will be speaking to the nation and that was cancelled. They probably had to talk him out of going on in the state he was in. He may very well have announced we were at war with Iran.

I truly tried to listen carefully, but it was difficult. I may have missed the place/person Soliemani and his people were going to kidnap or kill.

I don't think I'm the only one wondering what made this killing so critical. Granted, the guy apparently earned the target on his back for what he had done over the years, but this imminent thing must have been something Trump and his advisors felt was important enough to warrant moving quickly and without permission.

Surely, it had nothing to do with impeachment or the upcoming election.

That Elvis comb-over pompadour is getting thinner and more flat as the years pass. And I noticed that he must use two kinds of make up: the bronzer on the front of his face, and a lighter almost white shade around the eyes--clown white? Because it is lighter than his ears, which you can look at to compare what color his face and eye area are supposed to be. If he were smart, he'd employ a make up artist who knew how to do it. But no.

Reminds me of my mom, who, in her last years and with increased dementia, started to put blue eye shadow on her white hair around her face, because she thought she needed some more color. They don't know how it looks to others.
