20. That's exactly what they do

I caught a glimpse of it once when he was giving some awards out. The cameraman took a wide view of the room and caught the teleprompter way in the back facing Trump. I could read the words on it clearly. Then someone must have said something because the cameraman stopped it.

On an aside note, the SCOTUS were all there and Ruth Bader Ginsberg was there, refusing to even look at him. She may be tiny but she can display a high huff! I’ve seen her do it more than once to him. She also refuses to look at him. Ever.

Different drugs of choice for each perhaps, but once he gets hopped up too much does he need to zone out with another drug?
Could be why he eats and sleeps a lot then is at other times easily agitated -more than one drug addiction
