This is being reported on my local NPR. Looked for an article--nothing yet.
Big surprise, right?
There was supposed to be a meeting today for the Democrats to examine the evidence trump saw that led to his decision to kill Suleiman. I'm guessing these are remarks made by Schiff after the meeting. Will be watching for an article and will link it when it comes up.

There is a substantial difference between the two words.
