until Democrats start fighting back and doing the same.
My initial thought:
Are election expenses something that each voting precinct handles, or is that done at a statewide level? If statewide, how about Democrats start closing voting precincts in rural white areas - consolidation to save costs is the selling point - and make those rural white voters drive to a central county voting area and wait in line for hours to vote? if African American voters in Miami can stand in line all day - why not Ma and Pa Deplorable from East Bumfuck Beach in Florida?
Any other ideas?

I don't think the GOP will stop until Democrats start doing similar.
