That one time Hillary stumbled on a curb and our media fell all over itself in mad dash to publish her obituary, but now we have a frail old president deteriorating before our very eyes and the silence from these craven f--kers is deafening. - Jeff TiedrichLink to tweet

(42,641 posts)And the nonsense about likeability?
Yes, some of us noticed that as well.

(14,494 posts)"there's a vast right-wing conspiracy".
It is indeed vast, well-funded, international in scope and the MSM is a component of it. Although a loose-knit conspiracy, the common threads of greed, fascist dogma and Russian-like propaganda methods keep it functioning quite well.
Still in place after many decades and unfortunately getting worse.......

(82,849 posts)Oh, there must be something wrong there! No? Nothing wrong? Squeaky clean, in fact? But you still hear about it from time to time in the wingnut bubble.
Last month, Trump paid out $2 million to settle his little problem with the State of New York over using the Trump Foundation as his personal piggy bank. That money went to (among other charitable organizations) veterans, the Holocaust Memorial Museum, and the United Negro College Fund. Trump cheated them all. I realize that in Trump's relentless campaign of perpetrating outrages, some of the lesser things are going to be forgotten. But this one seems like kind of a big deal, doesn't it?

(11,771 posts)Absolutely maddening! I want our candidates to bring up trump's ill health, both mental and physical, in every interview, no matter what the subject might be. If they do, it will eventually make headlines. The guy was never fit for office, but now it's gone way beyond that little detail!

(11,771 posts)missile attack on our base was a nightmare- acting like and eyes looking like he was on downers, weird tongue action, slurring, mispronouncing simple words, etc... Then he goes to a rally acting like he's loaded to the gills on speed. He's either going to have a heart attack or stroke-out. The guy's a drugged up mess.

(81,466 posts)NOBODY has said anything about the speech he gave with all the generals standing behind him, re the killing of the Iranian "bad guy."
1) "...will not be toleride..."
2) "...these historic accomplima shades..."
Spoken haltingly, huffingly, bloated and wheezing, as though congestive heart failure was setting in. His "mind" was clearly on other things while he was reading the words. With no feeling or sense of presence in the moment. I can't help but suspect that for part of that display, he didn't know or care where he was. It felt like I was watching a man underwater.
