Surveillance video shows cat taking on trio of coyotes

This is scary.

I had a mini-doxie in Calif, Cedric, that took on a coyote across the backyard fence early one morning after we'd just turned the dogs out. We heard the big guys going nuts. Ran out to see a big coyote dragging something across the field. Thought it was one of the barn cats, and went running down there. The coyote reluctantly left. It turned out to be Cedric. The coyote had actually dragged him across the fence, and half tore his throat out. Emergency clinic on a weekend, 3 days and $1,500 after, we were able to bring him home with a drain. He always had big knots at his throat after that. But when the coyotes would start howling, he was already the first one to want to run out and take them on. He lived to the ripe old age of 16. I had another one, also in Calif, that took on a rattlesnake. He lost....

Doxies are fearless.
