Either he resigns, trump fires him, or he gets impeached.

The only other option is death (hopefully from natural causes).

None of the first three are likely, even after disbarment, which also isn't likely.

So we're going to have a crime syndicate running the country solely for personal gain for the next year, and our only hope of stopping it is an election that's already being rigged against us.

Yeah, that doesn't give me any faith in the survival of America. I really better work hard to get out of this country soon.

Of course people that want to bail don't seem to be up for that fight. So they can leave while the rest of us fight for our democracy. This country has been responsible for some bad things, but it also has done a large amount of good also, to me the good is worth fighting for by putting my head down and fighting as hard as possible through Election Day.

https://www.nytimes.com/2019/09/25/us/politics/ukraine-phone-call-transcript.html

The President: “I would like you to do us a favor though because our country has been through a lot and Ukraine knows a lot about it. I would like you to find out what happened with this whole situation in Ukraine, they say Crowdstrike … I guess you have one of your wealthy people … The server, they say Ukraine has it. There are a lot of things that went on, the whole situation. I think you’re surrounding yourself with some of the same people. I would like to have the Attorney General call you or your people and I would like you to get to the bottom of it. As you saw yesterday, that whole nonsense ended with a very poor performance by a man named Robert Mueller, an incompetent performance, but they say a lot of it started with Ukraine. Whatever you can do it’s very important that you do it if that’s possible.”

58. Glenn Kirschner: Trump corroborated the Parnas Barr claim in Aug call ("Talk to Barr")
Thu Jan 16, 2020, 06:43 AM
Jan 2020

Glenn Kirschner ✔ @glennkirschner2

To be clear, Trump’s instruction to Zelensky that he should get in touch with Bill Barr about the Biden investigation IS CORROBORATION of Lev’s claim that Barr was in the conspiratorial loop.

Glenn Kirschner ✔ @glennkirschner2

Parnas just accused Bill Barr of criminal complicity in the Zelensky bribery. Yet Barr is STILL overseeing the SDNY prosecution of Parnas. That can’t continue! The conflict of interest is staggering! The DOJ’s credibility & legitimacy is on life-support. This travesty must end!

10:30 PM - Jan 15, 2020

I've already read spin that Parnas' revelation of Barr's involvement was weak and "hearsay"... but, as Glenn points out, Trump already implicated him in the August phone call.
