Why does Lev Parnas....

who was born in Odessa, in the Soviet Union, speak better English than most of the Republicans, let alone tRump? It'd be funny if it weren't so embarrassing.

A co-worker of mine is from the Ukraine and he has been in the states for years yet still has an accent.
