I think Parnas is probably more truthful than otherwise simply because he has been charged with serious crimes, and even though what he said wasn't under oath he would be hurting his own case by lying. Some of what he said was his speculation and opinion but his factual statements can be confirmed or contradicted, and those will certainly be investigated. Parnas doesn't have a strong incentive to lie that I can think of.

OTOH, there is also no incentive to silence him by way of extreme measures if he's already exposed everything.
