What were the circumstances of Parnas' arrest?

I've forgotten, but why wouldn't Barr have been concerned? Didn't realize that Parnas' took notes etc?

I think he was already known as being connected to Giuliani.

Parnas was arrested on way to airport with one way ticket to Vienna and Giuliani also was going there, presumably both meeting in Vienna with Dmitry Firtash who has been funneling money to them in connection with the Ukraine operation.

Seems that SDNY is not letting Barr take over and shut down their investigations
