At least, I believe he was the one left holding the bag and was the intended useful idiot tRump, Ghouliani, and their mob attorneys (DiGenova, Toensing, Ghouliani, and Barr) would implicate in a plot to have Amb. Yovanovitch murdered on the street, disappeared or *roughed up*. More than once I saw Rachel giving Parnas the side eye about Hyde's activities and Parnas's attempt to brush it all off.
