obstructed Congress, but only 48% believe he should be convicted and removed.
About 10% of our "fellow citizens" are saying, "Yes, he's guilty as charged, but so effin' what? Neener neener!"

The sad thing is - they are NOT getting theirs. MF45 is for Autocrats and Oligarchs. He's not for the 'common lower class white folks' - but they don't care.
45 makes them feel good and gives them a reason to be a failure - ie: That one over there took your 'stuff' and I will get it back for you.

(22,020 posts)That we do not know why they don't think he should be removed from office. I think there are plenty of assholes who are fine with what he did but I think it is more likely that the ones who are fine with it don't think he should be impeached at all.
Maybe they think it is important that he be voted out rather than removed.
Maybe they are more afraid of Pence.
We just don't know from a poll.
