What is the theory behind the yelling republicans? I had to turn Sekulow off.

Adam Schiff’s rational, persuasive and compelling statement was followed by a Doug Collins wannabe. I was listening, not watching, but I heard rage.

What is the idea behind this? It’s clearly a pattern. Nobody reasonable wants to listen to that. When you come across someone on the street acting like that you get as far away as possible.

it pushes the listener into a fight-or-flight, emotional reaction, which shuts down logic and reason.

it is no accident that the right-wing propaganda machine is always yelling.

They’ve misjudged us.

Sekulow and the gang are only there to generate the Fux News TEE VEE soundbites for tonights shows, so that Fux News can claim they're actually COVERING the trial. Getting the wing nut talking points is easy. What's hard will be finding something that Schiff says that can be selectively edited to make him look stupid. That's where the Fux News editors really earn they're blood money.

That I've always remembered from, "Auschwitz: The Nazis and the Final Solution". It may have been Eva Kor or another female witness, but when talking about what she remembered most about the nazi guards, she said,

"They were always furious looking. They shouted."
