The Blue Water Navy Vietnam Veterans Act of 2019 (PL 116-23) extended the presumption of herbicide exposure, such as Agent Orange, to Veterans who served offshore of the Republic of Vietnam between Jan. 9, 1962 and May 7, 1975. Visit https://benefits.va.gov/benefits/blue... for more information.

Shes gotten benefits all along so I assume theyll extend.
Poor man had so many cancers over the years it was insane. They finally got him.
Oops, I misread. He was Sir Force.

I have to wonder how many AO victims are still around. I had two old friends who were exposed to AO in Vietnam and both died in the 1990s or 2000s.

Army Vet served in 1969. Returned home December 69. I was born Oct 1970.
Will be looking to see what they say about children these men fathered shortly after or otherwise. While dad was alive he talked about our anger being related to exposure. Not just his, (immense anger for him) but mine also. Was a angry youngin from early age he said...
