saying "Well, there's no sense in repeating what we've already stated...." They are out of talking points and resigned to keep repeating the lies.

The Dems on the other hand have laid out the facts and continue to lay out the facts everytime they come up to speak.

I particularly like the way that Schiff rebuts the Repug talking points.

Of course they didn't say "lied" per se, that would violate Senate rules, I guess, but they do remind people how the "Defense" continues to "speak incorrectly."

7. I would have loved for Schiff to grab a wireless mic

and walked over to the republic side of the senate and started pointing at them as he made his last statement. 'Is THAT what you want? There will be a time when you want to investigate the next president. Do you want him/her to be able to say "sorry, you can't investigate me."'
