(4,602 posts)Prior Restraint is unconstitutional. Bolton will be subject to litigation from the government but he will make enough money that it wont matter and he will ultimately win the lawsuits.

If he gives an interview to CNN or MSNBC or CBS (say 6O minutes) the right will will hate him. = no political future.
Bring interviewed this Sunday on Fox by, say Chris Wallace, is his only chance for a viable political future.
