3. I can't discount that possibility

But for me it’s her pretending to be a moderate. Every vote she plays to moderates. I’m concerned. I’m disappointed.

Actually she’s just full of shit. She always votes with republicans with rare exceptions.

Her lucy act is old. And she’s in a state we could win.

Can’t speak for anyone else.

6. Because overall women do behave more responsibly

and cooperatively for the common good than men and are, again overall, conservative women are more accepting and less antagonistic toward people of other groups. For example, more women vote for things like national healthcare and are more likely to call for bipartisan cooperation than men.

Whether that would always hold, I can't say. But it's true now. Susan Collins sold out a long time ago and is as intensely corrupt as those allowing her to remain need her to be, nothing new.
But she still claims to believe in the moderation more common to conservative women than conservative men, and that overlaps with a lot of liberal values, and that does make her support of fascistic far-right policies and treasonous actions all the more despicable and hypocritical.

8. I hope Susan Collins is ostracized every where she goes from now on.

In fact, all republican Senators who refused to remove a criminal should be shunned everywhere in public. I do not give a damn if it is a private dinner, walking somewhere, in traffic, in a store, at an airport, etc. etc. Everywhere the Rat Fuckers go in public, they should be humiliated and shamed. And no, do not give them media time without forcing them to first answer for their complete failure to uphold the Constitution.

I might've pegged her as plankton, but they at least have the redemptive quality of feeding cetaceans.
