On a purely superficial level,
Barack and Michelle were so far superior in their class, elegance, beauty, style, than the current grifters. It was a point of pride for Americans to have such physically (as well as in every way) stunning presences in our WH. It showed their respect for US, and was great modeling (fitness, health). The Prez and family are our face to the world. Their class and dignity (or lack) mirrors the American people.

I don't know how to do it phones but on computers in many cases you can right click the photo and choose 'copy image address' or something similar.
If you search via google & get 1000's of pics you'll want to actually click on the photo in the results. In Google (at least in Chrome in W10), when you do that, in the right hand side of the browser window will be preview pane for the photo you chose.
Should be able to right-click, choose 'Copy Image Address', and just literally paste the URL into the message text window and DU will recognize it and display it as an inline photo in your post, as long as file URL has a .jpg or .gif ending.
Use the Preview function to make sure it worked. Trim off whatever formatting junk appears after the .jpg or .gif (it'll start with a ?) in the URL as DU ignores that anyway.
Here's one I grabbed by that method after searching for `barack michelle obama photos', and after trimming everything after the question mark in the URL.
And it was sooooo easy to find ... cause there's just so many like it ...
