Trump's rewriting of Miranda. Then the court of public opinion takes over.

History books will have to be edited to clarify which Civil War--the Slavery one or the Trump one. Most of the states will reflect the same divisions.

They never stop, and they never learn, they just keep on attacking anyone who speaks out against them. trump will never learn from his mistakes, he believes he is superior to others, and he will never be controlled. The GOP let a narcissist control their party, and now he is unleashed.

Many republicans in the house and senate, I believe, have been compromised, one way or another. They are afraid of trump, and he knows that. They will pay for their cowardliness in November when the voters turn out in record breaking numbers to get rid of him, and his minions in the WH.

16. So what is the "significant bias"?

Because there ARE rules for the jury whether we like them or not. But "significant" is the key word.

If by bias he means the foreperson thinks Stone is guilty, well then no sh*t Sherlock! After deliberating on the evidence presented at the trial, the jury did in fact find Stone guilty—so what the hell else would they say?!?

For example, as outlandish as this would be, if a juror was found out, after the trial, to be the head of a local Democratic party group that would certainly be a "significant bias". There have been many convictions overturned for bias. Racial, political, professional, etc.
But he doesnt say what that supposed bias is, of course, because he's an idiot. But if there is one, then I'd like to know what it is

that does complicate the picture somewhat. I guess all that can be hoped for in that situation is that the judge will arrive at her decision about what next steps should be taken (if any other than sentencing) after a full consideration of the evidence.

That shows putting aside impartiality. But the other side of the coin is that, according to the article, his lawyers SHOULD have known this was going on and had her removed. So you dont necessarily get a new trial when your lawyer didnt work hard enough. It'll be interesting

But the story i linked to above says that his lawyers SHOULD have known that was going on, so it may not be an automatic new trial.
But regardless of opinion of Stone, that juror should have been excused by a competent attorney. IMO anyway. I mean, jeeze, arent they supposed to check the candidates out before jury selection??

Where one "biased" juror fucks the entire process up by refusing to admit reality is real. See the Bundy and Hokoana trials up here in the PNW.

I guess he's alleging the opposite, though? A biased juror forced all the rest to agree with them?

The JUDGE needs to hold him in contempt of court and haul his ass in there. This is patently illegal and the constitutes political interference of a judicial proceeding.

I was not a Harris supporter, I prefer someone further left, which is why I have supported Warren from Day 1. I also believe that, of the remaining candidates, Warren has the best chance of unifying the party and beating Trump.

But of the original candidates, I believe Kamala Harris would have been a lock to beat Trump. It’s unfortunate she left the race so early. Although I didn’t support her, she would have been my second choice because of her electability. And she would have made an excellent president.

The symptoms of stimulant psychosis can include:

Hearing things that aren’t real
An inability to respond to sound, touch, or other stimuli
A belief that everything in the world is significant to you
An inability to think in a way that makes sense
Belief that someone is targeting you
Believing that you are significant
A belief that others can hear your thoughts
Seeing things that aren’t real

https://recoveringchampions.com/5-ugly-truths-about-stimulant-psychosis/

This is just the tip of the iceberg, but I have read a lot more about it and I am convinced that he is at least having an Adderall/stimulant induced psychotic break. He is absolutely mentally unfit to serve as President. The more you read about it the more you recognize the fact that he is completely off his head.
