Under the Peggy Noonan Doctrine, rumors that get "out there" are fair game for public speculation and requiring public officials to respond to rumors no matter how scurrilous ("Is it irresponsible to speculate? It would irresponsible not to." )

I look forward to the media pundits discussing Hope Hicks and her new role in the Trump administration, and asking every Trump partisan about Hicks and rumors of Trump's deteriorating mental state. Also, I'm going to stand up so that the monkeys that will surely come flying out of my butt have free passage.
