She received some good grassroots funding and is fighting again.
I think the prospect of a Bloomberg nomination has her ramped up.

(59,504 posts)Meanwhile, John Kerry was steadily gaining support in Iowa. It likely did not hurt that in the last week in Iowa, on the same day, the marine whose life Kerry saved in Vietnam surprised him at an event .. And Dean was in the news because he told an elderly heckler to sit down.
Before the scream, Dean got 18 percent to Kerry's 38.
As to the media hurting Dean, it built him up in the first place. He was on 3 magazines in the same week in August 2004.
