did) do something like this. Most scariest scenario...a 'sick' tax on all of those who came down w/ CV. I guess that the tax is better than getting shot in North Korea (there was another DU post that mentioned that a CV sufferer got shot)...kind of stupid in a way being that the virus probably survives in the body for some time after death, I suspect.
