I cannot see my company doing it out of good will.

We also have an increase in minimum wage for the next three years too. .75 per year. Not much but it helps.

So when people say Democrats do not get things done, this is Democrats getting things done.

Come this summer, I will have been at the pediatric office for 24 years. I work 2 days a week. I get 16 the hours of sick leave per year. Not very much, especially when you consider that my job in large part, is being coughed on by crying toddlers who don’t want to be examined.
