The virus numbers from Germany today have me really worried

182 new cases in Germany, total confirmed 349. When you have more new cases in a day than you previously had in total, the virus is exploding. And it's exploding in a country in which the small number of known cases were dealt with very thoroughly, this isn't an Iran situation. Germany is known for its efficiency. The more new cases show up, the less attention they can get from the authorities.

I've really got a bad feeling about this.

We have thousands of cases, but Trump sandbagging the testing so he can try to minimize the damage to the economy.

It's going to be worse in the US than in China, that's already a given. Probably several times or dozens of times worse.

... and I don't think they would lock down that many people if this wasn't hair on fire bad.
