Who have all benefited from tax cuts, soaring markets and loosened regulations?

Dotard is meeting with bankers.

Where are the CEO’s of hospitals, insurers, medical companies, device manufacturers, pharma, biotech, research, manufacturing, etc.?

Is there an Elon Musk-like hero who will step up to actually get something done here?
