1. I coulda done a better job with even my limited knowledge:

we are putting the full weight of the government into testing and more testing,
and a vaccine search
stay home
wash your hands
quit hogging the toilet paper

I'm just talking about the mechanics and technique in delivering it. I haven't seen any speech that poor, that ill-prepared and badly executed since I was in grade school. It was truly abysmal.

The lack of concern, the poor command of language and wan delivery were completely unsatisfactory. It was obvious he was coerced into doing it and that whatever reason he relented had little to do with truly soothing the fears of his constituents.

Just an awful, awful performance.
