stickers, yard signs and bill boards everywhere for Tramp. Few if any for Hillary. Is it time to start putting them up for Joe? I'd love to see a reverse of what happened back then. A lack of yard signs for tramp will be very telling.

for anyone who knows something about a topic, either through training, their profession or just a deep interest, to listen to a politician pontificating on that topic, and suddenly get hit with this thought:

---==== HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT! ====---

That there was a real light bulb moment for the 77 year old dad, for sure!

And this is why most politicians and business people don't want people to get a quality education that includes in depth knowledge on anything, or includes critical thinking skills. (Did I mention church and cult leaders in that?)

Just makes it harder to bamboozle the marks with bullshit.

Anyone who voted for Trump is forever my enemy.

They are deplorables, and remain deplorables.

They only "wise up" when it AFFECTS THEM PERSONALLY!

Thousands of Americans will die because of them!

...I. Don't. FUCKING. Care. Any intelligent, logical, aware person could see several years ago that there is NOTHING there. #tRump* was a failure, is a failure and will always be a failure... and now, WE ALL will be profoundly affected by #tRump*s failures.

Heck, I'd even be happy if they just didn't vote at all, because that would mean less Republican votes down ballot.

But there are many trump voters who are simply done with him. How many voters who didnt vote in '16 will now vote trump? Some of them, i'm sure, but i'd bet more will vote for Biden

Trump has expanded his base of support at all. Biden will go in with the Obama coalition PLUS a good chunk of the white working class, certainly more than Hillary had. I’m very optimistic about our chances in November. Of course, we can still mess it up but things are looking good.

If you have a Trump-humping friend or relative and the scales fall from their eyes, stay in touch with them. You don't have to be mean or obnoxious about it, but make sure they're informed on the Trump incompetence that resonates with them. For the doctor dad in the original post, that might be all the anti-scientific policies and programs the administration backs.

We'll work on suitable penance later, but for now let's join the angels in rejoicing over one repentant sinner.
