6. Some facts about Obama's payroll tax cut

Obama's tax cut was 2% of the 7.65% and it applied to only workers and not employers 7.65%. He also raised inheritance taxes to cover it.

I wonder if he is also proposing eliminating the ACA Medicare tax provision on withholding for high income workers? That is a tax they have been trying to eliminate.

What we need is direct payments to the people making zero to 150k, and send them all checks for $2500-$5000 each first, and no businesses who have paid zero in taxes should get a dime of our money, and with people paying zero taxes who make a good salary. Banks especially who make billions and pay no taxes deserve a dime from us. People trust Speaker Pelosi and her plan, and don't trump, and it's already showing.
