who is the ultimate winner?

Not even Putin, since this virus is worldwide.

2. They think the oligarchs will be the winners with the poor/elderly dying.

Less resources needed for us means more money for them to steal, they just want to move the pile even more their way. drumpf has set this up to personally profit from it and he wants to extract the maximum amount before he allows us to live, if he does that at all.

Money can buy a lot of things, but reality checks are free.

Just grifting & lying opportunities to steal more money from the poor and give it to themselves, that is all they think about - personal gain. America and Americans mean nothing to any of them.
