As we all know, the first thing Fat Donnie did when he took over was to dismantle everything that President Obama had created. As Michael Cohen testified, "Trump never says 'do this' specifically. He uses language that makes it clear what he wants done."

In that way he is like a Mafia don. He doesn't say, "Kill that guy," he says, "That guy is causing me a lot of trouble." Ka-pow, the guy gets a bullet in his brain, or his car blows up. Problem solved.

Right now Trump (through his sycophants) is claiming credit for solving the "China virus" problem. He's probably got someone at the WH writing his Nobel Prize acceptance speech.

And Mr. Amazon could be contracting for production of tests, selling them for a token amount and organizing an entire huge lab for testing them at no charge when you mail them back and then notifying you of the results......

I really am surprised that we haven't seen Bloomberg attack ads since he bowed out of the race. Maybe he is doing things behind the scenes with his money. But I really wish he would use it to let the country know how badly Trump has failed the US during this crisis.

I was talking to a neighbor last night about the Coronavirus, and I kept telling her things that I've found out from DU. And of course she kept saying, 'I haven't heard that on the news!'

Of course she hasn't. She's a Republican. Everything has to go through a certain filter. Can't have Faux News saying anything bad about you-know-who.

you can't expect a money monger to do something benevolent when he won't heat or aircondition his warehouses for the sake of his employees. Given that, I can hardly believe he will give a single paid sick day to the huge amount of his workers, much less a couple of weeks.......

Right now, I guarantee you, he is beside himself worrying only about his potentially huge loss of business in the near and far future due to this pandemic. When the masses can't go to work, they run out of money, they don't buy anything, esp from Amazon.

I just watched his latest speech tonight, AND HE IS STILL NOT TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING.........

Noticeably clear was the scientific authority who disagreed with him last week was nowhere to be found on stage......
That and Pence on his right shoulder and that woman "authority" on his left shoulder, continually nodding their heads whenever he was speaking. They looked like a couple of programmed bobble heads.......it was painfully and obviously pathetic........
And of course him continually lying as always, going out of his way to blame it on others and not take any responsibility what-so-ever and his constant BS self aggrandizing statements that had nothing to do with the topic or even reality for that matter......

WASF, it just keeps getting more and more pathetic. One thing for certain, he and his entire administration are getting tested daily, that is probably where ALL the tests are going.....

Thank goodness states are doing the job that the federal government is supposed to be doing. But it's going to be a lot slower than if we had the help I know we would get if Obama was President right now. Hell, this wouldn't be happening if Obama was President. Or Hillary. Or anyone with a functioning brain.

Bezos could actually do something good for the world. And I absolutely believe what you say, he's just freaking out about his money right now.

I'm sitting here with symptoms, doctor just put me on self-isolation, although I was already doing it. And my temperature just went up again. Due to really weird circumstances, I'm without a car right now. So even if my doctor says go get a test, how the heck do I do that?
I can't ask anybody to put me in their car and drive me somewhere. And I'm sure I'm not alone in this situation.

So I sit here, probably getting sicker, well my temperature is going up, so something is happening.
Not only do we need the tests for people who can get to them, we need to be able to get tests to people like me, so I know whether I have some benign virus, or if I have something that could kill me, or people I come into contact with.

I'm young enough that I will survive this. I think . Fingers crossed. But I sure as heck don't want to give it to anyone else.

And I'd bet my bottom dollar that Trump and Pence and everyone else has been tested every day. There is no way in the world they are not being tested.

But Trump won't admit he's had a test. Not in a million years. That would make him appear weak, and we know he won't ever do that. He sounded just as bad today as he did last night. He's definitely sick. He sounds worse than me. So we do have that going for us.

23. The problem with the ER nurse is that she helps everyone in the neighborhood.

My mom and dad lived a lot longer because of her help. But she and her husband have Faux News on 24/7. She has tried to argue with me to the point where I have to walk away. I have told her that certain subjects are not allowed.

She's not actively working right now, so she's not at a hospital at present. But she's keeping up with all of her education and licensing. She's been an ER nurse almost longer than I've been alive.

I am hoping that this crisis wakes her up. I haven't had the chance to talk to her about it. She did make a crack about the bad test kits. I'd love to go ask her what does she think about the fact that Trump has stopped us from getting test kits at all.

But, I really don't want to start a war with someone who helped my parents a great deal over the years.
But, I would happily hang that poster in front of my house!

There are a lot of MAGATS where I live. My parents retired here, so I inherited it and can't afford to move away. I'm in a blue state, but in a little red pocket. Drives me nuts. All the Democrats stick together in here. We all know who we are. We even have a Democratic Club. And that drives the MAGATS crazy.
