When he does tell the truth, he really is honesty. One of the very few times. Hey Donnie, tell us something we don;t know. He is going to be a bear to be around since he can not hold his love fest/hate rallys.

I think Nixon took responsibility, at the end. I can't remember if Raygun or Bush 1 ever took responsibility for the contras.
