Heard on the radio: military bans domestic travel for enlisted personnel

? ALL? Domestic travel ( not just air)for troops and their families?

I have a hard time believing this is true. How can they enforce if a soldiers wife drives to see her mom in another state for instance?

But I am uncertain as to what “total ban on domestic travel” means and what family members it applies to.

Another article indicated it applies to government funded travel

One article has a pic of soldiers getting on a plane but air travel is not specified
