I don't have symptoms, neither do my relatives, but I won't go out in public, just in case I could pass it on. I'm glad to be able to go outside on my porch. It's a breezy-cool sunny day, despite it all.

on infecting someone else.

I had to make a deposit of checks at the ATM but it wouldn't accept the deposits. So in the bank I go and what do I see? Not hand sanitizer, oh no. Just a nice sign saying that the bank is now a "no handshake zone" due to the "flu." I can honestly say I have never shaken the hand of any one in my bank, possibly because they are behind 1" thick acrylic. I forgot to endorse a check and teller hands me a pen, then takes it back and uses it.

No hand sanitizer, but they still offer free coffee.

I'm changing banks.

I think our government has promoted the spreading of the virus by their delay of action, and nothing is safe.

5. We're all sequestered here more or less. There are 4 of us.

We tried going to the grocery at 5am today but I guess a lot of others had the same idea. We'll try 4am next time. We are also lucky to have a nice breezy porch. It has a nice view of the mountains which helps us feel more free. We still take the dogs out of course but we steer away from people as much as possible. That's about it.
I told my kids last night in my best old man voice, "someday you'll say "I survived the great pandemic of 2020 50 years ago..." and they won't listen either." They chuckled.

Be well and I'll send my best thoughts.
