What are you thankful for?

I'm thankful I have a job where they are letting me work from home.

1. My daughter, life, love, the ability to laugh.

On the baser end ... a roof over my head, the spaghetti I am cooking this evening, electricity, running water, a toilet, and sufficient toilet paper.



Life is good.

2. I'm thankful for this funky little house..

that my husband is working from home and we enjoy eating lunch and going for mid-day walks together. I’m thankful for my big, floppy, snuggly dog. Pretty much everything these days.

3. That I live alone, don't have kids,

and no longer have elderly parents in a care home to worry about. That would be just crushing; it was hard enough under normal circumstances. Those of you who do have that responsibility -

Also I have three lovely cats and enough toilet paper.

4. While it's a very serious virus...

I'm thankful it's not more deadly, like Ebola or MERS.

5. I am thank full

that my family is together, two adult children who are both helping me and my wife out. My wife and I are both over 60.

6. That I still have my health, even at 74,

that I have a critical essential job and am still employed, that we'll have a new president in Nov.

7. Thankful for

a warm, cozy, private place to hunker down. I have food, water, some toilet paper and am close to healthy. I am thankful for family who have called to see how I'm doing.

I have paper towels too but I'm not telling.

8. Same here. And our health and supply of food and such so far

And a nice enclosed pool out back so we can enjoy some sunshine and recreation outside.

10. I'm thankful for the same thing I'm terrified of.

I'm an RN, so my job has NEVER been more secure. I'm also scared I might get sick and/or die, because I'm an RN.
